WHAT ARE THE OPERATIONAL HOURS OF WÜRTH BUSINESS SERVICES?

Würth Business Services follows Indian Standard Timings (IST), i.e., 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Based on the customer requirements, our employees also work as per APAC, EMEA and NA timings.

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS TO START USING SERVICES BY WÜRTH BUSINESS SERVICES?

In order to start using our services, our customer needs to perform a few legal and administrative activities. As a part of it, we prepare and share quotations based on the customer's requirements. In that quotation, we mention the type of service, volume of work, timeline, number of resources and several other details. Once the customer approves that quotation, we prepare a legal contract and share it with the customer.
