However, if there are changes in the ETA, we adjust the same in TMIS. This service helps customers in preparation of documentation for customs clearance.

This process involves sending notifications to transporters about the shipments which are ready to be picked up in warehouse. These notifications are sent through either email or a customer portal. Our Logistics Team gathers the correct information, confirms the arrival date, and informs the transporters. The Shipment Notifications emails contain the shipment-related information such as pickup address, number of pallets/packets, contact details, loading date, and timings. This service is useful to get timely alerts about the shipment.

In this process, purchasers update the required quantity of products in SAP system. We send the requirement to suppliers. Then we receive the invoice that mentions the available quantity from the suppliers. Our Logistics Team adjusts the quantities according to the requirement and availability. Furthermore, we create loading lists, commercial invoices, and packing lists for customs clearance. These invoices and lists are uploaded to the Transport Management Information System (TMIS) portal.
