CREATION EXPRESS SHIPMENTS

We create an express shipment in the Transport Management Information System (TMIS) portal, update the status in the Kanban Management System (KMS) and assign the carrier for delivery. We receive the express shipment documents containing details such as pickup address, delivery address, reference/tracking number, packaging details, pickup date and others. Then we utilize these details to organize the express shipments in the TMIS portal. Then a carrier is assigned for the shipment. Given the express delivery of the shipment, we track it and ensure that it is delivered within the expected timeline. If not, we follow up with the carrier and inform you if the shipment is not delivered and the carrier remains unresponsive. Additionally, we update the shipment status in the KMS at every step.
