Being a shared-service provider, we offer business services to anyone belonging to the Würth Group.

For task transition, we have curated six general steps which are considered as the most important aspects to go through after our first kick-off meeting. We believe that each task is different and requires a unique transition and implementation process based on the complexity of the tasks.

We take data security measures very seriously and follow Würth IT norms strictly. As a part of data security, we never share personal or identifiable information of our customers with others. If our customer demands additional confidentiality and non-disclosure, we then comply with them by signing a non-disclosure agreement.

We hire resources based on customer’s criteria for technical knowledge, domain experience, language proficiency and overall suitability to work on the process or project. Considering our customer requests, we provide proper allocation of resources considering task requirement.

Würth Business Services follows Indian Standard Timings (IST), i.e., 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Based on the customer requirements, our employees also work as per APAC, EMEA and NA timings.

In order to start using our services, our customer needs to perform a few legal and administrative activities. As a part of it, we prepare and share quotations based on the customer's requirements. In that quotation, we mention the type of service, volume of work, timeline, number of resources and several other details. Once the customer approves that quotation, we prepare a legal contract and share it with the customer.
