QUALITY COMPLAINTS

We support in identifying, documenting and resolving the quality issues related to articles sent by suppliers. Following a thorough inspection of quality issues, the team coordinates with suppliers, takes necessary follow-ups and resolves them. Each step during coordination with suppliers is noted down in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Following the discussion with suppliers and the nature of the issues, the team either creates a debit note or requests the replacement of articles.
