In this process, when you place an order and the requested articles are not in stock, the corresponding number of articles will be added to the backorder. We enter the number of backorders in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, track the availability of the stock, determine the possible delivery date, take follow-ups with the supplier and send the updated status to you.
