Würth Business Services handles the article data management operations related to the Product Article Master Department. We handle a wide range of processes for maintaining the accurate and standardized article data through SAP system. Our Team utilizes the advanced tools and software, implements standard procedures, maintains quality standards, and efficiently manages and maintains the article data.
Among many processes, Article Creation is one of the processed handled by us. In this process, we check if the articles mentioned in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) exist. If similar articles are not found, we create new articles. We collect the data such as technical specifications, product description, and other major attributes related to the article. Then we create a new article and enter the article data in SAP system.

3. Manual Article Creation in SAP: Once the necessary data was collected, our Product Article Master Team manually created new articles in the SAP system. This involved entering the collected data, assigning unique article numbers, and ensuring appropriate categorization and classification of the newly created articles.
