Würth Business Services handles the article data management operations related to the Product Article Master Department. We handle a wide range of processes for maintaining the accurate and standardized article data through SAP system. Among many processes, Elimination of Duplicates is one of the processes handled by us. In this process, we search the articles in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system based on the details received from customers. We receive the details such as DIN/ISO specifications, material name, surface strength and others about the articles for checking their duplicates. We enter the details in the ERP system and find the duplicate articles. We also check the standard articles and determine if these articles fit this standard range. We follow the norms and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to sort out duplicates and send the final report to customers.
